the assets of Ambiance Automotive Inc., effective January 14,
2008.
The steering Wheel line will
compliment the Dash kits for which the Sherwood name has
become synonymous with.
Mr. Victor Ayala has joined Sherwood
as the commodity specialist for Steering Wheels. Victor brings
a wealth of experience gained through 10 years of sales and
marketing of Automotive products to the aftermarket and OEM
customers.
With the purchase of Ambiance,
Sherwood now boasts one of the largest Steering Wheel
inventories in the market.

ANNOUNCEMENT
The number one manufacturer of 2D Dash
Kits has now also become the number one manufacturer of 3D
Dash Kits.
Sherwood is pleased to announce that on
November 29, 2007 Sherwood has acquired all the assets of
Woodview Corp.
The assets include the following;

All Finished Product Inventory.

All Raw Materials

All Manufacturing Equipment

All 2D Flat Dash Tooling

All 3D Molded Tooling & Trimming Fixtures

All Trade Marks
The move is scheduled to be completed by
December 31, 2007. At present the move is one week ahead of
schedule. Production of Woodviews 3D product line will
commence on a select basis by the second week of January,
2008. All Woodview customers are welcome to contact the Sales
department for specific product information.
